Week of July 5 for Kids

Welcome to "Make a Splash--Read!", the summer reading program! Here's what's going on for kids this week:

Monday, July 5--The library is CLOSED!

Tuesday, July 6,
10-11:30: Families First Parent Recharge. Kick back, get involved in relaxing activities, and recharge your parenting battery. Child care is free for ages 12 and under--advance signup required--and refreshments included. Call 422-8208 x2
3:00: Water Balloon Toss! It's supposed to be wicked hot, so come toss some water balloons and see how good you are at throwing and catching--though you may want to be bad at it so that you get soaked :)

Wednesday, July 7, 6pm: Pajama Story Time! Wear your favorite jammies and bring a stuffed friend. We'll start with a craft, then wind down with songs, stories and rhymes.

Thursday, July 8,
11:00 Story Time with Jen! Meet Jen and listen to a story and watch a puppet show!
3:30 Get Eaten By a Whale! Call to sign up for this Blue Ocean Society program featuring a GIANT inflatable whale.
