July 9-13 for Kids

Ok, this week we have a really cool option for the older kids--please look closely at the Rockets program!

Tuesday, July 10 at 3:00pm & 4:00pm:  Rockets:  There and Back again with the Boston Museum of Science.  Create an air rocket that launches across the room, and engineer a way for a payload to return safely to Earth. This hands-on workshop explores the science behind rockets and space exploration. Use your imagination to plan, build, and test your own design.
Ages 6 and up. Children 10 and younger must be accompanied.
You must SIGN UP for this--they have given me a limit, so please call or email!

Wednesday, July 11 at 6:00pm:  PJ Story Time.  Wear your jammies and bring a stuffed friend for an evening story time that's all about night time and bed!  I will provide plastic jackets if our craft/activity is particularly messy--so don't worry about ruining your favorite jammies :)
This is an all ages drop in story time--bring friends!

Thursday, July 12 1:00-5:00pm:  Drop In Craft:  LEM with Parachute.  Come make your own lunar landing module with a parachute to help it land gently!

Friday, July 13 at 11:00am:  Story Time.  This is an all ages drop in story time with a craft.

Keep reading--don't forget to bring in your reading logs every week
for a small prize and a chance to win a t-shirt!
