He was beautiful and brilliant, jagged and white-hot. I was drawn to him as I'd never been to anything or anyone in my life. I craved his touch like a drug, even knowing it would weaken me. I was flawed and damaged, and he opened those cracks in me so easily...
Gideon knew. He had demons of his own. And we would become the mirrors that reflected each other's most private worlds...and desires.
The bonds of his love transformed me, even as I prayed that the torment of our pasts didn't tear us apart...

Thank you!
On behalf of the Seabrook Library, I would like to
thank those who made our summer reading program a success. Since I am the sole children’s librarian, it
is only the generosity of all of these people and companies that has made a
reality out of my plans.
Many companies or organizations made donations: Seabrook Station, our most faithful and
generous supporter, sponsored our wildly successful Eyes on Owls program. Bob’s Discount Furniture has assisted us
financially for several years now.
Topsfield Fair provided prizes and a Growums project, as they have for
the past couple of years. Leo’s Super
Bowl and the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center provided free passes for prizes
for our readers. That’s Very Fun
provided a beautiful cake for our Kickoff Party. TD
Bank sent a volunteer, Debra Robinson, every week to provide a story time. The NH Astronomical Society sent three
astronomers and their telescopes for a Skywatch.
The individuals who graciously offered to help,
either in advance or on the spot, include Laura Litcofsky, Julie Robidoux, Brandie
Gaffney, Gina McGinness, Sheryl Peabody, Mikki Phillips, Leah O’Hara, Jennifer
Price, Debbie Simonelli, Julie Emond, Rick Dumont, Catherine Evans, Anna Evans
and Bobby Evans, Barbara Shea and I know there were more.
Thank you all; I appreciate your help more than I
can say.
Lisa Michaud, Children’s Librarian.
